The Alokha College Union and IQAC of Mount Tabor Training College, Pathanapuram, organized Freshers’ Day 2026 on 19 August 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the General Hall. The programme welcomed the new students and provided an opportunity for them to interact with their seniors and become part of the college community. The event created a lively and friendly atmosphere filled with enthusiasm, fun, and togetherness.  

 A Women’s Equality Day programme was organized by the Women Cell and IQAC of Mount Tabor Training College on 17 August 2026. The programme focused on the theme “Educate, Empower and Equalise” and aimed to encourage women’s active participation in leadership and decision-making. The event included a magazine release and a leadership-honouring ceremony, highlighting the importance of empowering women and promoting gender equality.

 As part of the 80th Independence Day celebrations, our college organized a special programme on 14 August 2026 under the theme “Yuva Shakti – Youth Power.” A distinguished guest was invited for the celebration, and various cultural programmes were presented by the junior students. During the programme, one of our students who was elected as a Panchayat member in the legislative assembly election was honoured by the college. A PhD scholar from among the students was also honoured for their academic achievement. The programme was a memorable celebration of patriotism, achievement, and youth empowerment.

  Mount Tabor Training College, Pathanapuram, in association with IQAC and the UNAI Student Council, organized Youth Day on 11 August 2026 . The theme, “Different Contexts, Common Aspirations,” highlighted the importance of diversity, collaboration, and innovation. The programme featured a Reel Competition and aimed to inspire young people to work together towards a better and more inclusive future.

         At Mount Tabor Girls High School, an Onam feast (Onasadya) was arranged for the students, student teachers, and teachers on 11 August at 12:30 p.m. We, the student teachers, actively participated in serving the dishes to the students and teachers. The feast brought everyone together and created a joyful spirit of unity, sharing, and togetherness.
